LEVERANS
Leveranser inom Sverige:
Leverans sker med Postnord och tar två till fem arbetsdagar.
Utlandsleveranser:
Leveranstiden varierar beroende på var produkten ska skickas. Kontakta oss gärna innan utlandsbeställning om du vill få ett preliminärt leveransdatum. Vårt mål är att alltid skicka produkten inom två dagar från ordertilfället.
RETUR
Om du inte skulle vara nöjd har du rätt att returnera dina varor. Ångerrätten gäller i 14 dagar från att du mottagit din beställning. För att tillämpa ångerrätten måste; varan vara oanvänd och fri från skador. Tänk på att förpacka returen ordentligt så den inte kommer till skada under returtransporten. Du som kund står för returfrakten vid användande av ångerrätten, och ansvarar själv för att returnera varan till rätt adress. När din returnerade vara ankommer till oss hanterar vi den så fort vi kan, det kan ta upp till 14 arbetsdagar.

DELIVERIES
For delivieries within Sweden:
Shipping is made by Postnord and takes between three to seven working days.
For deliveries outside of Sweden:
The delivery time depends on the delivery destination. Please contact us if you need an estimated delivery time. We always strive to send the cases within two days from recieving the order.
RETURNS
If you are not satisfied with your product you have the right to make a return. You can return products within 14 days from that you have received the delivery. To be able to make a return, the product can not have been used and it has to be free from any damages. Pack your return carefully so that it does not get damaged during transportation back to us. You as a customer pays the delivery costs for your returns, and are responsible for the product to be delivered back to the right adress. We strive to manage your return as soon as possible after it arrives to us, it might take up to 14 working days.

DEFECTED PRODUCTS
If you have received a defect product we kindly ask you to contact us via the contact form at the website, or by email to info@adrenalina.nu, within 2 months from that you have received the product. Then we will help you to return the defect product back to us for assessment and confirmation. When the defect is confirmed we will either send you a new product or return your payment. We vill also return any delivery costs for the product when the defect is confirmed.
